I’ve been rdnaieg your blogs off and on over the year, and I tend to agree you probably are over-training. I’m no expert marathoner myself (I ran Fargo in 3:37 and Stillwater in 3:40 this year and plant to run a couple in 2010). I didn’t train nearly as hard as you, but I think I can recover better because I don’t run as hard. Every person trains different and everyone needs to find what is right for them. I’m pulling for you to get to Boston next year, or 2011 at the latest!

my sstier in law sent my little 2 year old a similar top for her birthday from H&M in Poland. its made of something soft and synthetic and the ruffles are alternating layers of the body fabric along with a very sweet soft tulle. the back between the shoulders has elastic (kind of like flat front pants) and i just love it. ive wanted to make another but just wasnt sure how it would look in a cotton- now i know! great job. and thanks for figuring out the step by step for me!

when the sun cceahts one of those clear straps, it sparkles making it visible. But if no other option is there, they work well. I prefer the strapless.

Thanks Greg, and Gabe thnaks everyone that has helped him out so far with this one. I will try to go with Judy to help pick him out some fabric to match his coat. Judy is going to put him back down in the big barn today so that he will have some company again but not with that funny looking sling on thank god. It just gets all the other horses stirred up. I talked to Dyna King the other day and he was so upset that day not at Gabe but at what he was wearing. I think he will like Gabe. He doesn’t like that contraption he has on. Dyna King is the boss in that barn and he wants Gabe to look better too. lol. Feeling good about yourself has a lot to do with how well you heal, Judy knows that.
